Shipping policy
Order processing times
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 business days of it being placed. Some items, such as personalised products, require time for us to create your unique item. We aim to dispatch personalised items within 5 business days. If your order will dispatch later than this timeframe we will contact you and keep you updated.

Orders to the USA
Your order includes a customs tariff surcharge which we will pay for you. You may be required to pay other taxes or fees to your government upon delivery.
International orders (except USA)
We do not charge or pay any local taxes on your behalf. You may be required to pay these to your local government upon delivery.
Potential service interruptions
Sometimes an order may not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe. We apologies for this delay. Sometimes events occur that are outside our, and our delivery partners, control. If you selected Tracked delivery at checkout, you will be able to view updates as your order makes its way to you.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any damage or issues. Personalised items cannot be returned as they have been made unique for you.
